Sacred Liberation Breathwork is a guided breathing experience that releases the stress, anxiety, and emotional weight your nervous system has been carrying — and helps you feel like yourself again.

When you breathe the way we breathe in a Sacred Liberation journey, your nervous system begins to shift out of its chronic stress state and into the parasympathetic state — the one where real healing happens. Where sleep improves. Where anxiety softens. Where the emotional weight you've been carrying finally gets to move.

As that shift happens, the emotional weight your body has been holding begins to release. Not because you figured anything out. Because your body finally got the conditions it needed to let go.

Researchers studying breathwork consistently document lasting reductions in anxiety, depression, and stress response after even a single session. Your nervous system learns a new baseline and carries it into your daily life.

What to expect — from the moment you walk in

You don't need any experience. You don't need any particular beliefs. All you need to do is show up and breathe.

1. We begin with grounding to settle your mind and body into the space and prepare you for the journey ahead.

2. You lie down comfortably on a mat. I guide you into a deep rhythmic breathing pattern accompanied by music that supports the release process.

3. As your breath deepens your nervous system shifts and your body begins to release what it has been holding. People experience this differently — some feel warmth, emotion, or deep physical relaxation. Others simply feel a profound calm. There is no right or wrong way to experience this.

4. Hands-on energetic support is available during the journey with your permission.

5. We close with an integration circle — quiet time to land, process, and carry your experience forward.

The session runs approximately two hours from start to finish.

I'm a mom, a grandma, and a small business owner. I'm also someone who spent the better part of two decades carrying wounds I didn't know how to put down.

I found breathwork after trying nearly everything else. What happened in that first session changed the direction of my life. I've spent the years since training deeply in breathwork facilitation, energy healing, and nervous system work — with over 25 years of personal healing experience and formal training in Reiki, Pranic Healing, Life Force Energy Activation, NLP, Intuitive Rebirth, and advanced consciousness work.

I've now guided hundreds of people through Sacred Liberation Breathwork Journeys. What I know for certain is this: your body already knows how to heal. It just needs the right conditions and a safe space to do it.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No experience is needed at all. Most people who come have never done breathwork before. All you need to do is show up and breathe.

  • No. Sacred Liberation Breathwork does not belong to any religion or belief system. It is a breathing practice that works with your body's own physiology. People of all faiths and backgrounds participate and feel welcome.

  • A journal, small blanket, pillow, eye mask, and water bottle. Wear loose comfortable clothes and dress in layers since you may feel warm or cool at different points during the journey.

  • Eat lightly the day of the session and fast for at least two hours before. Avoid alcohol and caffeine the day of. You will receive a full preparation guide by email when you register.

  • Emotion is completely welcome and very normal. The space is safe and loving and nothing that comes up will be judged. Many people find that emotional release is the most healing part of the entire experience.

  • $40 per person. I keep it accessible on purpose. A therapy session runs $150 to $250 and a massage runs $80 to $120. Sacred Liberation Breathwork works on both layers simultaneously and I believe this work should be available to everyone.
